The insurance cover complies with the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), § 67 of the Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), §§ 51 ff. of the Implementing Regulation for the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB), § 54 of the Law on the Professional Code of Conduct for Auditors (WPO) in conjunction with the Ordinance on the Professional Liability Insurance of Certified Auditors and Sworn Auditors (WPBHV).
